Instructions for requesting deletion of your personal data
How to Request Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time, in accordance with GDPR. To exercise this right, you can:
- Via our contact form: Fill out the form indicating "Data deletion request" in the subject and specifying the data you wish to have deleted.
- By email: Send an email to our contact address specifying your request and including a copy of an identity document to verify your identity.
- By WhatsApp: Contact us via WhatsApp and we will guide you through the process.
1. Information to Provide
To process your request quickly, please include the following information:
- Your name and first name
- Your email address used when requesting a quote or contacting us
- Your phone number (if available)
- The approximate date of your contact with Inti Event
- A copy of an identity document (passport, ID card or driving license) to verify your identity
2. Processing Time
We commit to processing your request within a maximum period of one month from receipt of your complete request. If your request is complex or if we have received multiple requests from you, this period may be extended by two additional months. We will inform you in this case.
3. Data That Will Be Deleted
When you request deletion of your data, we will delete:
- Your contact data (name, first name, email, phone, address)
- Messages and communications exchanged via our contact form or WhatsApp
- Information related to your quote request
- Browsing data collected via cookies (if you request it)
Important note: Some data may be retained longer if we have legal retention obligations (for example, for accounting or tax reasons, data related to a completed event may be retained for 10 years).
4. Limitations to the Right to Erasure
In accordance with GDPR, we may refuse or limit your deletion request in the following cases:
- Legal obligations: If retention of your data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation (retention of invoices for 10 years for example)
- Public interest reasons: If retention is necessary for archival purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research
- Establishment, exercise or defense of legal rights: If your data is necessary to establish, exercise or defend rights in court
In these cases, we will inform you of the reasons why we cannot delete certain data.
5. Deletion Confirmation
Once your data is deleted, we will send you a confirmation by email. If certain data cannot be deleted due to legal obligations, we will also inform you.
6. Cookie Deletion
To delete cookies from our website, you can:
- Use your browser settings to delete cookies
- Disable cookies in your browser settings
- Use a cookie cleaning tool
Cookies are automatically deleted after a maximum of 13 months in accordance with regulations.
